Corn Flake Crusted French Toast
1 loaf brioche
10 whole eggs
3 cups milk
3 cups cream
½ cup sugar
1 T vanilla
½ box corn flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Trim edges from Brioche. Cut into long rectangular pieces or slices.
Mix together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla.
Soak brioche in egg mixture until soft.
Roll around in corn flakes.
In sauté pan over medium heat sauté crusted bread in melted butter or vegetable oil.
Finish in oven, turning often to brown on all sides.
