HULL, Ga. (AP) - An international animal welfare group is offering a reward for information in a case involving severed dog heads that were left on a porch in northeastern Georgia.
The Athens Banner-Herald (http://bit.ly/11zeJCS ) reports PETA is offering $5,000 for information leading to the person who left two severed dog heads outside a house in Hull.
Officials say the severed heads were left on steps leading to the porch Nov. 23 and 24.
