Woman found dead after bloody fight

Posted: Updated:
DALLAS -

Dallas police are investigating the murder of a woman who was found in a northwest Dallas home.

The crime happened Wednesday on Bowman Boulevard near Walnut Hill Lane and Web Chapel Road.

The original call to police was about two men fighting and when officers arrived they found them still going at it in the street.

As they began to investigate they discovered the body of a woman in her early 20s inside the house.

Neighbors said several families live in the home, but they don't believe the woman lived there.

"They were fighting and when I showed up that's when I saw one dude on the floor. You know, his head was all bleeding and there was blood. They were trying to wash it down with the water hose. And then the other dude, his arm was all bloody," said Isaac Ramos, a witness.

The fight was so violent that neighbors said one of the men was tossed through a window.

Both men were taken to the hospital. Police plan to question them as they piece together what happened.

The woman's identity has not yet been released and no suspects have been named.
