A much warmer start to your Friday for much of north Texas with temperatures in the upper 40s and low 50s. Only warming up to around 60° in the Metroplex this afternoon with a 20% chance of rain after 2 p.m. with chances increasing to 30% by 5 p.m. tonight.

Things should clear up by early Saturday morning allowing for warmer temps in the afternoon with dry conditions and highs near 70°.
