Fudge Frosting
INGREDIENTS
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 3 Tbl.
Boiling Water 3 Tbl.
Butter, soft 6oz
Powdered sugar ¼ C.
Semi-sweet chocolate: melted & cooled 8 oz.
PROCEDURE:
Combine in a small bowl & whisk until smooth.
Set aside.
Cream together
Add the melted chocolate to Cream mixture & mix combined.
Scrape down the bowl.
Beat in the cocoa mixture.
Vanilla Frosting
INGREDIENTS
Butter, soft 1 stick
Powdered Sugar 3C
Milk ¼ C
Vanilla 1 tsp.
Combine in bowl and mix
Another 1C Powdered Sugar 1 C
Gradually add the remaining sugar while mixing until a spreadable consistency is reached.
