'Drunk' Santa rams deputy's car, report says

MADISON, Wis. -

Sheriff's deputies say a man dressed as Santa may have gotten too jolly at a Christmas party.

According to Madison.com, 69-year-old John B. Schuster's car rammed the back of an unmarked squad car Saturday night as the deputy tried to control traffic around a previous wreck.

The Dane County sheriff's office says Schuster was dressed in a Santa costume on his way home from a holiday party.

The deputy received minor injuries, and Schuster was arrested for his fourth alleged DUI offense.
