
The same storm system that brought the beautiful snow also knocked power out for thousands of North Texans.
According to Oncor, more than 3,000 people in the Dallas-Fort Worth area won't get their electricity back until Wednesday morning.

High winds, lightning, and rain cut the lights for about 10,000 people overnight.
The real worry is icy cold temperatures expected on Tuesday night into Wednesday. FOX 4 meteorologist Ron Jackson says as the snow moves east after sundown, cold gusty winds and temperatures in the mid-20s will enter North Texas.
The highs tomorrow are expected to be in the mid-30s.
Anyone who uses a fireplace or space heater needs to take extra precautions. Several homes in North Texas burned down late Monday into Tuesday -- caused by Christmas tree fires, lightning and more.
