Car pulled in front of DART train, police said - Dallas News | myFOXdfw.com

The DART green line is back to normal after a collision involving a train and a sedan Thursday afternoon.

The accident happened just south of the MLK station, on Pennsylvania Avenue where it crosses the tracks.

Witnesses say a man in a maroon Chevy was driving erratically before he wound around the crossing arms and into the path of the oncoming train.

The car was severely damaged. It's not clear what the driver's condition is.

No one on the train appeared to be hurt.
