DALLAS (AP) - The 100-year-old Adolphus Hotel in Dallas has been sold.
The Dallas Morning News reports (http://dallasne.ws/U5ib3N ) that deed records show the property was sold to RockBridge Capital, based in Ohio. The records did not show a sale price.
The Adolphus was built starting in 1911 by St. Louis, Mo., beer baron Adolphus Busch. It has been expanded multiple times over the year, but hasn't had a major remodeling in three decades. It faces strong competition from newer area hotels.
Officials at RockBridge could not be reached.
