CLEBURNE, Texas -
Four people are now facing charges in the murder of a 30-year-old man found shot to death in Cleburne on Thursday morning.
The victim, Brian Poole, is from Mesquite but was found wrapped or tied in a blanket at a business/residence at the corner of Shaffer and South Main Streets before dawn. The Cleburne Times-Review says he was shot twice in the head.
Police have now charged 54-year old Howard Blaine Dudley of Cleburne with tampering with evidence; 56-year-old Kimberly Dudley of Cleburne with tampering with evidence and possession of a dangerous drug; 31-year-old James Sample of Dallas with murder, tampering with evidence, and possession of a firearm by a felon; and 29-year-old Joseph Alvarez of San Angelo of tampering with evidence.
All four are at the Johnson County Law Enforcement center. So far, Cleburne police have not released a possible motive in the death.
