A pleasant Sunday afternoon is in store for much of north Texas. Patchy area fog starts the day off south and east of the Metroplex, but clearing and mild this afternoon with highs in the mid 50s.
Tonight, cool and mostly clear with lows in the mid 30s across much of the region with light winds.
The next big weather-maker comes our way Tuesday and Wednesday bringing heavy rain with rainfall totals from 1'' to 3'' possible. There is also a possibility for strong to severe storms with this system, especially south of I-20.
