After a nice weekend across North Texas, our weather is about to turn around in a big way. NOT tomorrow, but going into Tuesday and Wednesday it appears that we are in for a heavy rain event. All indications show a strong upper level system, located in California, will be a huge player as we get into the middle of the week. Rain amounts may exceed several inches before the system kicks out of the area on Thursday. Temperatures will remain quite mild, and it they get too warm, we may be dealing with the possibility of severe weather. Right now though it looks like a heavy rain event. Flooding might become an issue on Wednesday, but as dry as its been it's going to take quite a big to produce flooding potential. However, I believe that may occur. Stay tuned for further updates.
