Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to decide property needs, be able to assemble lists of properties that meet those needs, act as an intermediary between purchaser and seller
• Aid escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators in agreeing to the terms and conditions of purchase agreements before closing dates
• Build legal papers such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases
• Aid clients in picking mortgage options that give them the best options
• Use different marketing methods to sell homes; Present purchase offers to sellers
