Much Colder Air Moving In!

Posted: Updated:

Areas of cold rain continues across North Texas with a few locations reporting small hail.  Most of the rain should be out of the area after midnight as very cold air continues to filter across the region.  Overnight temperatures will drop to near freezing tonight as breezy northerly winds continue.  We'll start Sunday with cloudy skies with some sun during the afternoon hours.  Much of next week will have lots of sunshine, however it will continue to be quite chilly.  Afternoon highs are only expected to be in the 40s through the middle of next week with lows dropping in the 20s.  Temperatures will NOT climb back to normal until the end of the week.  Bundle up.  Winter-like weather has returned.
