New changes to a popular visa among Mexican immigrants and the continuing violence in the country are resulting in record number applications for the program.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services' Immigrant Investor Program, also known as "EB-5," allows wealthy foreigners a chance to move their families to the United States, as long as they invest in a business that creates at least 10 new jobs here.
The cheapest option comes with a $500,000 price tag.
