HOUSTON (AP) - Retail gasoline prices across Texas have slipped a penny this week.
AAA Texas on Thursday reported the average price at the pump statewide settled at $3.17 per gallon. Gasoline prices nationally are down 2 cents to reach $3.29 per gallon.
Association officials say El Paso has the least expensive gasoline in Texas with an average $2.96 per gallon. The most expensive gasoline statewide is in Dallas at $3.20 per gallon.
Crude oil prices have traded in a narrow range to begin 2013. AAA analysts say there's an ample supply of product inventories in most parts of the U.S.
