PLANO, Texas -
A man died early Tuesday morning following a single-vehicle accident in Plano.
Police say the driver of a white 2010 Nissan pickup truck appeared to lose control about 12:35 a.m. while driving eastbound on Hedgcoxe Road.
Near the intersection of Union Drive, the pickup truck struck a tree. The driver's side of the vehicle was destroyed.
Plano police identified the victim, who was the only person in the truck, as 32-year-old Robby Joe Stewart III of Plano.
The police traffic division continues to investigate the accident.
