The responding officers found Burlison outside the convenience store standing by his orange Jeep. The affidavit says when officers approached him, he said, "Let me guess, he's saying I did something to him."
Burlison and the teen were both interviewed by detectives. The 13-year-old claimed he met Burlison on a phone chat line, and was picked up in his vehicle. The victim also said Burlison pulled a gun on him.
The victim said Burlison took him back to his downtown Dallas apartment, where he anally and orally assaulted him, the affidavit says.
Burlison admitted to the sexual acts while speaking with a detective, according to the affidavit. He was taken to Lew Sterrett Justice Center and booked on a first-degree felony sexual assault charge.
