SMU student reports sexual assault on campus - Dallas News | myFOXdfw.com

DALLAS - A Southern Methodist University student says she was sexually assaulted by a fellow SMU student in one of the university's residence halls.

According to the SMU police report, the alleged victim says she was assaulted by an acquaintance at Perkins residence hall early Monday morning.
    
SMU police are investigating the incident.

This is the sixth reported sexual assault on campus since the beginning of the school year.
