Investigators say they've arrested two men accused of shutting down Interstate 285 while doing donuts in the road last year. Officers arrested Nicholas Thomas and Cordona Floyd in connection to the incident.
Thomas is accused of driving one of the cars that witnesses said was spinning all across the northbound lanes of the interstate last August. Officers believe Floyd was the videographer who shot the stunts.
Investigators tell FOX 5 they expect to make more arrests in the case.
