Man charged with sexually assaulting teen boy

DALLAS -

A 39-year-old man is being held in the Lew Sterritt Justice Center on multiple charges after allegedly soliciting a 15-year-old male prostitute.

A witness saw them on the Katy Trail in Dallas and called police.

Jose Gallo is accused of compelling prostitution, sexual assault of a child, and is being held on immigration charges.

Gallo was booked into jail just before 5 a.m. Monday.
