(WJBK) -- With 42 big screen TV's and a plethora of snacks, TAP at MGM Grand Detroit might be a good option for Super Bowl viewing.
TAP Chef Fershone Steen showed us his restaurant makes its house nachos, along with other treats.
Ingredients: 7 oz. nacho chips 7 oz. taco meat 7 oz. gouda cheese sauce 2 oz. diced tomatoes 2 oz. diced red onion 2 oz. sliced black olives 2 oz. guacamole 2 oz. sour cream 2 oz. salsa 5 oz. black beans
Layer 2 oz. of Nacho Chips on a 14" plate, spread 2 oz. of Taco Meat, 2 oz. of Cheese Sauce, 1 oz. of Onion, 1 oz. of Tomato, 1 oz. of Black Olives. Repeat this step 2 more times, making 3 layers.
Pile the chips high in the center to create a peak on the last layer. Place 3 oz of guac, salsa, and sour cream in the 3 compartment side plate.
