A teacher from one of Dallas's magnet high schools was arrested recently because a student claimed he had sex with her after his senior prom.
According to court documents, 31-year-old Jessica Guilbeaux was a chaperone at the dance in April 2012 and allegedly flirted with the 18-year-old male student. They left together, had sex and then she took him home.
The student has since graduated from the Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Center, where Guilbeaux taught English and reading.
Police arrested her on Monday on charges of having an improper relationship with a student.
She was released from jail on a $50,000 bond.
