VAN ZANDT COUNTY, Texas -
Three people accused of causing an explosion and a fire have surrendered to authorities.
The Van Zandt County Fire Marshal issued felony warrants for Brandy Wolfe, Heather Wolfe, and H.R. Price in late January. He believes the explosion at the Three Folks Operating Company happened after the suspects lit cigarettes on top of a storage tank.
Two of them were injured in the explosion. They were treated and released for burns and had not been seen until Wednesday when they turned themselves in.
All three suspects face criminal mischief and criminal trespassing charges.
