Firefighters worked to keep a large house fire from spreading to neighboring homes in Grapevine Thursday afternoon.
The blaze began around 4:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of Pheasant Ridge. It quickly consumed the unoccupied home.
One firefighter suffered minor injuries while trying to keep the fire from spreading. He was treated at the scene.
No one else was hurt.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
