A Dallas insurance company makes good on its threat to sue disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong over $12,000,000 in bonus money.

SCA Promotions initially tried to not pay Armstrong for winning the 2002, 2003 and 2004 Tour de France races because of doping allegations, but Armstrong sued them.

Last month, the Plano native admitted to using performance-enhancing drugs to win all seven of his Tour titles.
