Posted: Updated:

Dallas police arrested a possible kidnapping suspect after a brief chase in west Oak Cliff Friday afternoon. They are looking for a second suspect.

Police said the suspects may have tried to kidnap two hispanic men.

Detectives are following leads to determine if a kidnapping ever happened because they have not found any kidnapping victims.

Few details about the kidnapping were immediately available. According to police reports it happened around 5 p.m. in the 1200 block of Singleton Boulevard.

Responding officers chased two suspects in a black GMC Envoy to the 2700 block of Mateur Street.

Video from SKY 4 showed SWAT officers take a man who had been hiding in the alley or a backyard into custody.
