Nestle has issued a voluntary recall for one of its Lean Cuisine dinners.
The Culinary Collection Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli with the UPC 13800-58358 may have glass in it. The production codes for the product are either 2311587812 or 2311587812. Their "best before dates" appear as Dec 2013.
Nestle announced the recall after three people found pieces of glass in the ravioli portion of the entree.
