Some Georgia residents could see some snow flurries as temperatures drop on Saturday morning.
FOX 5 Storm Team chief meteorologist Ken Cook says a cold front with cause temperatures to fall rapidly on Friday night into Saturday morning. That could bring some snow flurries to north Georgia, including the metro Atlanta area early Saturday, Ken says. Middle Georgia, including Macon, could also see some snow.
No accumulation or travel issues are expected, so don't expect a day of building snowmen.
Ken says the wind is the bigger story. Winds could reach 15 to 25 mph, bringing wind chills down to the 30s. The temperatures will continue to fall through Saturday night.
