NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

At least 65 mausoleums were raided at the St. Raymond Cemetery in the Throgs Neck section of the Bronx, according to the NYPD.

More than $160K worth of bronze doorknobs were stolen between Friday and Monday at the 180-acre Catholic resting grounds.

The precious metal is usually re-soled by thieves as scrap metal.

Jazz legend Billie Holiday is among those interned at the cemetery, according to the NY Post.

Police say they've identified a suspect wanted for questioning in the robberies. The suspect was seen inside the cemetery carrying brass handles and air vents.

He is described as in his 50s, approximately 6' tall, with brown eyes, brown hair and a moustache.

He was last seen wearing a dark-colored hooded jacket and a red-hooded sweatshirt.

The NYPD released a photo of the man on Tuesday.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect is encouraged to contact the NYPD Crime Stoppers:
