An 18-wheeler jackknifed near downtown Dallas Wednesday morning.

Witnesses told sheriff's deputies that they saw the big rig drift off the road and into a barrier wall on Interstate 30 near Akard Street. The driver was not hurt but his truck spilled diesel fuel onto the road. Around 2:30 in the morning, the Westbound lanes of the highway were closed so a HAZMAT team could clean up the highway.

The truck was towed away by 5 a.m.
