Celebrity hair stylist opens BloOuts, a blowout bar, in Highland Park

Have you heard the term "blowout bar" before? Most Chicagoans have not – but they're itching to find out!
It's a new trend in hair styling that many women – and some men – are taking advantage of. The treatment only takes 30 minute to complete, and you walk out looking and feeling like a celebrity.
Celebrity hair stylist Vivian Arpano just opened BloOuts, a blow out bar, in Highland Park. She has worked her magic on many of Hollywood's finest, and now you can get a taste of the experience.
Her local business offers a blowout and style - without the cut and color – and even a glass of something tasty to tide you over while it's getting done.
Good Day Chicago teamed up with Arpano to surprise a few locals with a blowout Wednesday morning to show viewers exactly what it's like, and what your blowout could look like!
