DALLAS -
Three Southern Methodist University students are now charged with assault for an incident from last month.
Campus police said Jared Agnew, Julian Ryles and Benjamin Bechtel beat and kicked Daniel Garcia at the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity on campus.
Garcia also said the group sprayed cleaning fluids on his wounds during the nearly four-hour attack.
A fourth student is charged with unlawful restraint.
The four remain suspended pending the legal outcome of the case.
