DALLAS -
A Dallas teacher accused of sexually assaulting a student is behind bars again.
Molina High School's wrestling coach Philon Deberry was arrested in February for sexual assault and having an improper relationship with a student.
According to an arrest warrant, a 17-year-old girl said he lured into a locker room and forced her to perform sex acts on him. She finally got away after hitting him.
Deberry was arrested again on Friday on another charge of having an improper relationship with a student.
The Dallas Independent School District said this case involves an alleged "consensual" relationship between the teacher and a student two years ago. That student no longer attends Molina.
Deberry was placed on leave in early February for an unrelated rules violation and remains on paid leave.
He has been with the district for four years.
He is being held in the Tarrant County jail on a $50,000 bond.
