PHOENIX -
Arizona's housing bust was one of the worst in the country. But home values are now bouncing back in a big way.
The realty tracking group Corelogic says Arizona is leading the U.S. in year to year gains in home prices.
Home values in Arizona are up about 20 percent.
Here in the valley, home values are even higher -- up nearly 23 percent.
Part of that is investors buying up foreclosures -- but even without those sales, prices are still up about 19 percent.
