A New Jersey mother of five who made headlines last year after she was accused of bringing her five-year-old daughter into a tanning bed says she'll star in a new movie based on her ordeal.
Patricia Krentcil, dubbed the 'tanorexic mom,' told InTouch magazine that the film is "going to portray everything that's happened" including the stress and "mental abuse" suffered by her family, reported InTouch on Wednesday.
A very tan Krentcil became the center of a media frenzy after staff at the girl's school noticed burns on her leg. The girl said she received the burns from tanning.
Krentcil was arrested and charged with child endangerment an accusation she vehemently denied.
In February, a grand jury declined to charge Krentcil with a crime.
She told a London newspaper she wants to leave the Garden State and move to a place like London where people are "less small-minded."
The paper reported that she said she wants to start selling her own line of tanning lotion.
