DALLAS -

A close call for customers at a Wendy's restaurant in Dallas and a driver in the restaurant's parking lot.

Fire investigators say the driver backed into a gas meter next to the restaurant and started a fire at the Wendy's on Jim Miller Rd.

Dallas Fire-Rescue says everyone inside got out safely.

The driver of the car took off and left the car behind.
