Man shows up to hospital with gunshot wounds

Fort Worth police are investigating an early morning shooting after a man with gunshot wounds showed up at a hospital.

Officers believe he was shot in a hotel parking lot in the 7000 block of I-35-W.

Police say despite his injuries, the victim drove to a hospital on the city's south side.

He was then transported to John Peter Smith hospital and is expected to be survive.

No word regarding a motive or any suspects.
