A McKinney father who set off an amber alert when he drove off with his three children, returned them safely to police.
McKinney police say Calvin Lincecum was at his house Tuesday afternoon with his children, 5-year-old Yesenia, 4-year-old Calvin Jr. and 3-year-old Yaretzi.
Around 4 p.m., he was served a temporary protective order preventing him from having contact with his wife, Eloisa Hernandez, and their three children.
While the server was still at the home, Lincecum put the kids in a car and drove off. Hernandez believed he was heading toward his mother's house in Louisiana.
Some time later, Lincecum turned himself in to the Terrell Police Department. The children are all safe and in police custody.
