DALLAS -
A motorcycle chase in North Dallas ended when the driver crashed into the back of a DPS cruiser.
According to DPS, a trooper saw the motorcyclist speeding on the Dallas North Tollway around 1 a.m. The trooper tried to pull the biker over but he wouldn't stop. The chase continued on the highway until the suspect exited at Walnut Hill Lane.
At that point, two other troopers drove to the 2800 block of Walnut Hill Lane to intercept the suspect. As the motorcyclist came up on the two DPS cruisers he lost control and crashed into the rear of one of them.
The suspect suffered a leg injury and was rushed to Parkland Hospital. He was guarded by police as he was taken there and will be charged with felony evading arrest with a motor vehicle. Nobody else was injured.
