HOUSTON (AP) - A 54-year-old suburban Houston woman has been sentenced to 25 years in federal prison for producing, transporting and possessing child pornography.
U.S. District Judge Keith Ellison imposed the sentence Wednesday after accepting guilty pleas from Debra Jean Eyerly, also known as Debra Martin-Pryce. She's been in custody since October 2011. Ellison also put her on lifetime probation after her sentence is served.
Eyerly and her 36-year-old husband, Matthew, were arrested after an FBI investigation of online child pornography downloads in Tulsa, Okla., Buffalo, N.Y., and Detroit were traced to Matthew Eyerly's computer at an apartment in Conroe, north of Houston.
Matthew Eyerly last month was sentenced to 30 years in prison. He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to produce child pornography and possession of child pornography.
