A judge will appoint a special prosecutor in the contempt of court case against the Dallas County district attorney.

Craig Watkins was found in contempt by a judge after he refused to answer questions about his prosecution of a mortgage fraud case.

Opposing attorneys said he did it as a political favor.

A judge from Wichita Falls will hear the contempt case.

Watkins is also reportedly facing an FBI investigation.
