Rallies continue over shooting of Kimani Gray

Posted: Updated:
NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

The protests continued for another day in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, over the police shooting of Kimani Gray, who was just 16.

Community organizer Jeffrey Davis said the week of protests and violent clashes in this neighborhood following the shooting is the result of long standing anger finally boiling over.

An official police account reportedly says officers wearing shields identified themselves and that's when Gray drew a .38-caliber revolver, and they shot him.

An autopsy shows Gray was shot seven times by the officers.
