An absolutely gorgeous day across North Texas as temperatures climbed into the lower 80s across the Metroplex. Readings were near 90 out to our west. A cold front will be moving through the region on Sunday producing slightly cooler weather for St. Patrick's Day. An increase in cloud cover may produce a few sprinkles in the area, but precipitation is expected to be very light. Winds will shift westerly at around 7-15mph after the frontal passage. Temperatures should stay in the 70s for much of next week with a good chance for showers and thunderstorms coming in around Thursday. Stay tuned.
