A few thunderstorms could become marginally severe later today as a stationary front lays up south of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Small hail and damaging winds seem to be the main threat. Here in the Metroplex, skies will be partly sunny with afternoon highs climbing into the upper 60s to lower 70s. Wednesday will be a nice day until skies start to cloud up again by Thursday. A few showers are possible on Thursday as well as on Friday. The weekend looks a little 'iffy' right now. The latest computer models shows a chance of showers and thunderstorms moving in by Saturday and then much colder weather towards the beginning of next week. Stay tuned.
