The roads would be safer if kids would just stop texting and driving, right?
Apparently adults are the problem.
A survey shows that almost half of all adults admit to texting while driving, compared with 43% of teenagers.
Those numbers are pretty close.
But to put in perspective, there are just 10 million teenagers on the road and 180 million adults.
Texting while driving is banned in 39 states.
Texas is not included in the 39 states however it is illegal to text and drive in Arlington.
Dallas-based AT&T sponsored that study and Alejandra Arango represents them. FOX4 asked her a few questions.
