Morning storms sparked watches and warnings all across north Texas, but mostly missing Tarrant and western portions of Dallas Counties. Storm spotters reported up to quarter-sized hail and winds to 60 mph as the storms passed.
After the bulk of the storms move through after 10 a.m., skies will clear and allow for some sunshine to filter in with temperatures getting up to 74°. There is only a small chance for a stray afternoon storm, but most of the area should remain dry.
Tonight, skies will be partly cloudy with light winds and temperatures dipping back down into the upper 50s.
