If you're looking for fun and unique ways to exercise, lose weight and tone your body that really work, Good Day has a suggestion that you may be shy to try, but will definitely boost your confidence.

Flirty Girl Fitness has just opened a studio on N. Halsted in Lincoln Park.

They offer a variety of classes, including high heel workouts, pole dancing and a mixed format cardio class called Fierce 4.

But do these workouts really work for everyday women? You bet they do!

These activities require a great amount of core work, balance and muscle strength to execute. The Flirty Girl instructors are more than happy to take the time and teach the proper technique, so you can get the most out of your workout.

You'll come out of these classes feeling young, rejuvenated and confident - and you'll look great on top of it!
