Well, it would be hard to beat a day across North Texas. Lots of sunshine, with afternoon highs in the lower 80s. We'll see some early morning clouds on Monday, and then mostly sunny skies are expected by the afternoon hours. With a southwesterly wind, temperatures will be approaching 90 degrees in many areas, especially out to our west. A strong cold front will be moving through by mid-week giving us a good chance of showers and thunderstorms. The rain and thunderstorms are more likely Wednesday night as it looks right now. Much cooler weather is expected to filter into the region behind this front. Temperatures may drop down into the 30s in some areas by Friday morning! As of right now, NO freeze is expected, but we do need to watch this as the week progresses. Have a great week everyone.
