Kim Williams told authorities that her husband, Eric Williams, pulled the trigger in all three cases.

Kaufman County Sheriff's officials released the arrest warrant affidavit at an afternoon press conference, where they confirmed Williams' overnight arrest for capital murder.

Kim Williams is being held on a $10 million bond.

Her husband, Eric Williams, was arrested Saturday and is being held on a $3 million dollar bond for a terroristic threat charge and bond revocations related to a pending theft case. Sources connected to the Kaufman County District Attorney murder investigation tell FOX 4 News that Eric Williams is also a suspect in that case.

Mike McLelland and his wife Cynthia were murdered Easter weekend. Hasse was shot outside the Kaufman County Courthouse on January 31.

According to a probable cause affadavit, Eric Williams sent an email that implied there would be another attack if various demands were not met. He lost his job after stealing three computer monitors.
